RunningCalendar is a side-project. Ads are its primary income — they pay for the server, the domain, and the hours spent calling organisers to verify that a race is still on. WhatsApp cancellation alerts
When a race you've saved is cancelled or moved, you get a WhatsApp ping within minutes. Subscribers will receive them six hours before the public alert goes out.
Email digest, ad-free
Weekly digest of races in your province — no ads in the email, no tracking pixels.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes — two clicks from your account page. Premium runs to the end of your current billing period and then stops; no partial refunds needed. Subscribers also get early access to the WhatsApp alerts and ad-free email digest we're building next.
What happens to the ads I see now?
They vanish within five minutes of payment clearing, on every device where you're signed in. No need to clear cache or reload — the next page load after sign-in will be ad-free.
Do you sell my email or card details?
No. Stripe handles card processing — we never see or store your card number. Your email address is used only for receipts and service notices and is never shared with third parties.
Is the receipt SARS-friendly?
Yes. Each transaction generates a numbered PDF invoice in ZAR, retained for seven years and downloadable from your billing history at any time.
