Cancellation process

Timing of cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming period. If you cancel after the renewal date, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refund will be issued for the remainder of the period.
Refund policy
- Monthly subscriptions: refunds are not available. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.
- Annual subscriptions: if you cancel within the first 14 days of your renewal, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after the 14-day window result in no refund, and access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
Suspension or termination by us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at our discretion in case of violations of our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Access after cancellation
