Refund policy

Monthly subscriptions: refunds are not available. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.
Annual subscriptions: if you cancel within the first 14 days of your renewal, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after the 14-day window result in no refund, and access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
