Special recognition awaits Blue Number Club Members at Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon 2026

“Achieving the coveted BNC status at TTOM is a truly remarkable accomplishment,” says Chris Goldschmidt, Chairperson of the Two Oceans Marathon NPC. “A Blue Number is awarded to runners who have completed 10 Ultra or Half Marathons, or Trail Runs, earned a gold medal in the Ultra Marathon five times, or won the Half Marathon, Ultra Marathon, or any Trail Run distance three times. There is no joining fee and no annual membership fee - it’s a recognition of dedication and achievement.”

Honouring the BNC is not just important - it’s essential. BNC Members who are awarded a permanent race number enjoy priority pre-entry, preferential seeding and post-race hospitality, among other benefits in accordance with their status as titans of the race.
