Central Athletics would like to invite you to enjoy a unique running or walking experience through the scenic False Bay Nature Reserve Headquarters on the Pelican Park of Zeekoevlei in Cape Town.

The event takes place on Sunday, 21 December 2025 in a scenic controlled environment to ensure that you enjoy a safe and unforgettable experience in nature in your own backyard.
