The 2019 Khayelitsha 10km took place Sunday, 25 August 2019 from 07:30, at Mandela Park Stadium, Makhaya in Khayelitsha, Western Cape, South Africa. Distances included a 10km and 5km races.

This event is supported by Two Oceans Marathon Initiative (TOMI). Runners can choose to enter the 10km run / walk or the 5km fun run. The event caters for novice and experienced runners and walkers.
